Consultation.

This is where everything begins. Clients usually visit our showroom to take a look at our work and the samples of the supplies that we use for our projects. Afterwards they book a consultation session with us and set the appointment at a time that fits their schedule. We are able to accommodate clients during late evenings on Thursdays and even on Saturdays so that our clients can have no trouble booking an appointment even if they are busy working during the weekdays and afternoons.

We recommend that all consultations are done in person at our location so that we can utilize our showrooms as a visual guide when discussing your very own bathroom. A consultation session is usually kept at a brief length at about 30 minutes at max. We discuss the client’s various needs regarding their bathrooms and explain the entire process in detail so that they are not left in the dark while the project is going on. We will ensure that the clients are fully aware of the various changes that would occur in their own homes.

After the initial consultation the contractors are sent to the site to take a look around the job site and also to take measurements to be used during the designing stages. From then on additional consultations are booked either in our office or at the job site to discuss the progress or any other topics that may come up during the construction period.

At Marcon we pride ourselves in our personal involvement & interest in every consultation session and projects. This allows our clients to be at ease and actually enjoy the process of construction rather than being on the edge worried about what may or may not be going on in their home. Our clients also realized that all inclusive service that we offer as a package are very high in value due to the fact that we do not charge additional fees that you would normally pay a designer or a decorator. At the end of it all it is our missions to make sure every one of our clients are satisfied, both in the quality and the value of the work that they receive.

Custom Designs.

First we gather all the data, including the measurements taken by our professional contractors at the job site. Then we combine the data with client’s requests during the consultation to come up with preliminary designs. We use a computerized system and create the entire design using Auto-Cad to ensure the accuracy of all our designs and blueprints.

Every single component in the bathroom are measured and designed to specification so that there would be no complications during and after the construction. For example we measure all the new cabinetries that may be installed so that there is no interference when the cabinet doors are opened. We also make sure that they are easily accessible by the users. We offer custom cabinetry to our clients, which means that the furnishings in the bathrooms are fully customized just for our clients. It is our job to make sure that such custom designs work flawlessly.

After the preliminary designs are created we contact our clients and book an appointment so that they can review the designs and choose the one that best fits their taste. The different designs and options that we offer allows our clients to easily envision the new bathroom they were looking for. Rather than being forced with an unknown design our consultations session using the preliminary designs truly help our clients in making up their minds about the final stages of their bathroom renovation and/or construction.

After a design is chosen we move into the next stage of the process and discuss with our clients the materials and type of equipments that are going to be installed in their bathroom. You should also keep in mind that we do not charge extra for this designing stage. It is a part of our all inclusive service.

Product Retail

Everything in your bathroom can be customized which means that you have the freedom to choose every single product and material that is going to be used in your bathroom. You are able to choose your own floor tiles and also the wall tiles or paint. You can also choose all the different type of faucets that is going to be installed in the bathtub, sink and any other facility that you want built in your bathroom.

A bigger choice such as the bathtub itself and the sinks or pedestals can also be chosen according to your taste and even the cabinets to go with all the facilities can also be fully customized to your taste. From the materials to the colour, and the design of the cabinets can be modified to your own liking.

We can accommodate to any type of product that you may find in our supplier’s catalogues. This means that if you have a particular brand that you would like to use you can fully create the entire bathroom by using that brand. At the same time you can mix and choose from different name brands to create a unique style. For example you can have a high-end Toto toilet installed together with a Acryline bathtub in a custom casing.

Since we deal directly with the manufacturers we are able to offer a lower price to our clients. Also, full installations are offered on all products from our trusted contractors so that you wouldn’t have to worry about installing them on your own. Installation.

This is the final step that comes after the consultation, designing and choosing all the parts and materials. Since it is virtually impossible for an individual to renovate his/her own bathroom we offer referrals to professional contractors that can offer a full service installation so that you can enjoy your new bathroom without having to worry about installing them.

If you have your own contacts for contractors we are also able to accommodate them as well. Our staffs have extensive experience working with any contractor that our clients have chosen for themselves which allows for a smooth working relationship that would not hinder the renovation process of your bathroom.
